I have a situation here. IF someone can advice I would really appreciate the effort. I am in H1B in USA for 5 years now. We applied for Canadian Immigration and got approved and visa stamped few days back. Now landing is the next step. Questions;
1. Is there a big difference in crossing border by land or by air? I am working now in USA and I like to continue it for some time so I would like to know if I can come back within 7 days.
2. Does 30 days return policy still applies to everyone? Means if return from Canada to USA no visa required. This is because I was out from USA last 2002 and my first H1B expired on 2004 and second H1B is running and since then I have not gone out of USA thus no visa stamp on my passport.
3. Which border is good and has no problem going back and forth? Is land similar to Air or does it have different rule?
