Hello All,
I have a valid L1B visa in which my i129s expires on March 2021, but my VISA stamp expires on Nov 2022 and PED is Nov 2022. i am currently in India and looking to get L2 visa for my wife so we can travel in January or February Mid. but due to routine visa cancelled unable to get a interview date.
I wanted to know
1) can My wife be eligible for an emergency appointment for L2 visa interview?
2) since my i129 expires on March 2021 and if i get routine visa appointment in January or February will consular will grant visa to my wife? or i will have to wait till my L1B extension?
please suggest as to what i can do here.
