Hello,
My employer filed an H1b application in Jun 2021 after the lottery selection. Per the USCIS portal, ' On December 6, 2021, we sent a request for additional evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number XXXX' is shown. But my employer didn't receive any requests for other documentation. When my employer contacted the call center via an attorney, the agent said it was a technical glitch but there were no updates later in spite of multiple service requests. Please advise how to proceed with the next steps. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
