Nearing 15 months on FP.....

Hi all,

I have been reading so many discussiions here and here is my case in brief.

My application (primary)

RD 02/15/2002
ND 02/19/2002
FP 06/01/2002 (updated on the site with resumed status on 06/06/02)

My wife's case (Secondary applicant)

RD 02/15/2002
ND 02/19/2002
FP 05/16/2003 (not yet updated still in Received status).

Now that I am nearing the 15month cap on FP validity, what happens if I do not reveive any approval before that?
Has anyone been through this before? Or does this mean that TX will approve our 485 before my FP expires by End of August ;)

Our Priority date is 08/25/2000 and we are in EB2.

I'm in the same boat here. FP done in Feb 02 with RD Apr 01 No sign of approval or even update on BCIS website.

FP: 6/2002 (after multiple requests)
AD: ?

I recently had my lawyer write a letter to BCIS TSC but I don't know if that will be any use.

By the way where do you find priority date. my receipt notice doesn't have it?

I have finished fingerprinting on april 2nd, 2003
PD is september 2001. Looks to me that year is a one where there are hardly any approvals.
