maca, i don't think that uscis will change your statue when they receive your bio. when is your bio 3 scheduled? mine is Oct,22.
 
IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 10/25/2005 BUT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR EAD FINGERPRINTS SO I DID BOTH ON 10/15/2005

maca: do you need to do fingerprint for EAD card? I applied the ead card in june, 2005. it did not ask me about fingerprint. is it the new rule? let me know. i 'll appreciate your response.

in general, if you mail your application for EAD, uscis would not ask for a fingerprint, if you efile your application, you will get a request for fingerprint

Today, I received bio code 3. Did any one who is in Dallas area, have his bio done earlier than scheduled date? I am wondering if I can just walk in any time, or I have to choose a specific time slot? Thanks

johndow, check the rescheduling section in your bio letter, you find the open day for bio 3 in your ASC.

I saw all of you got a bio date(code 2, code3), what is that? how come I never received anything regarding my bio? please, please help me here.
 
THANKS FOR SHARING THIS IDEA, now the question is which is the difference between the green paper and the yellow? , I also received the green one, OR THEY ARE ONLY COLLECTING EVIDENCE? :(

My case is also transferred to Texas. ND 10/2005. FP 8/2004. what's next? is this a good thing?
 
ND 10/2003 got the info(ND and LIN) from an IO after calling the 800 number 9-10 times asking for the status of my submitted application. To date I have no physical receipt to show for it, even though I have been told that I will get one many times. I am still waiting for FP
