It seems that TSC is working effectively. I saw several people with ND10/2003 transfered to TSC and also got RFE email yesterday. Same pace as what I received. I was wondering is this just a routing procedure for TSC to handle cases transfered from NSC or someone in TSC is really looking at our cases.
