ND 10/2003 transfer to local office

I got an email today, saying:

"On November 11, 2005, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in TEXAS SERVICE CENTER for processing."

Is this normal? good news or bad news?

I only did FP once in 07/04.

What's your ND/RD on that transfer notice??

What's your transfer notice's ND ??? What about the Receipt date on that transfer notice also? Could you please inform me that??

there are already two guys in this forum received the exactly same email as yours, one is with ND 02/2003, another is with ND 2005.
 
TSC is a service center, NOT a local office

My ND is also 10/2003 and I got the exactly same email! I don't really know what it means and what is next. Anybody knows???
