Hi,
I have a question on nativity.
The requirements state "Also, if a person was born in an ineligible country, but neither of his or her parents was born or resided there at the time of the birth, such a person may be able to claim one of the parent\'s countries of birth. "
My parents are both born in Greece. My father got his Canadian green card in 72 my mom in 76. I was born in 73. Do I comply with the requirements above?
Also, my wife is in a similar situation but bothe her parents got their Canadian green card after she was born. In order to double my chances, & if I can\'t claim nativity from the above, can I use her nativity?
Has anybody had any expiriances with this?
