Please read below and suggest.
I have a question on names on the lease for newly weds.
The newlyweds wish to live along with one spouse's parents for family reasons and it is accepatable for the family too.
The parents can add the two names as living with them,in the leasing agreements.
At the question of showing the proof for couple is living together (for GC purpose,One spouse is USC)--
will it be OK
a) if they show the names showing at that residence(exsiting lease already signed only by parents and these two guys names if added will appear added in list of names as living there.Now signing on old lease with all four names are not allowed at this time by owner and new lease terms are unacceptable)or
b) Is it must the two need to live together ,with lease signed by them for a separate residence and appearing as signed parties there in?
Which one is allowed or both OK?
