Hi,
I am currently in the process of applying for my EAD and have a doubt regarding the Name entry.
My passport only has Given name in the format " Name name2 name3 ", it has three different words in it. The surname field is blank.
As per instructions to fill the DS-160, the name on my F1 is given as Surname :" Name name2 name3 " and Given name as FNU for First name unknown.
How should I fill the i-765 where part two asks for last name , middle name and first name.
Please respond at your earliest convenience as I am running out of time.
