Name check completed, how long till Oath?

How long does it take to have your Oath invitation mailed?
We learned today that Name check has been completed on the particular date Does anyone have any experience how long it would take for USCIS to respond to the result and mail the invitation to Oath ceremony?
Interview has been passed with a "background check pending" note, and now the checks are completed.

Sounds like you are closing to the end of the process. Hope you can receive OD soon. How so you know your name checking had been completed?

No, sorry, our estimation was that CIS submitted it in April, though the application date was Aug, 2004. But it is just a wild guess :).
 
From the day the name check is completed, it generally takes about 3 weeks for USCIS to be able to access that updated information from FBI. After that, they complete close the file and your file is placed in the oath scheduling queue. So the oath may be within a 1 month of so after that, depending on the oath frequency at your DO.

If it's been 3 weeks or so from the day your name check has been cleared, you should take the InfoPass appointment and go to the DO asn ask for the status update on your case. If you have a written documentation from the Senator's office about the name check completion, take it with you, give them a copy, if needed. You need to help them as much as possible to help you!
