smiply becasue I was not living in the same ins district/state for the last 3 months.
the problem it does NOT say without prejudice to any future application.
what does that mean ?
when can I reapply again ?

If you now meet that requirement and that was the only issue, you can re-apply immediately.

Dear Mr. Big Joe5, based in your proffesional experince & opinion, can you shed some light why certian offcies (i.e. chicago are so slow at porcessing applications. I've been in line for interview for 72+ days and counting. MY wife and my case are really stright forward and we are originally from a country, which is a strong ally of the US. Any input. Your expert opinino is greatly apprecited.

I meant to say, that our cases are so ordinary that I'm having a hard time figuring out, why is taking so long for the interview. Furthermore, It has been said in this forum, that you are put in line for interview, once your background check is completed. I know my background is as clear as water. I hold state and federal licenses in my profession that requires complete background checks. Thus I have to assume that something else is going on in the Chicago DO (maybe they are too busy, or slow, etc) that is holding both of our interviews. My last intention with my previous post was certanly not to offend anyone. :D
Any further inputs are welcome and apprecited.
