Orlando still is quite slow. It appears to be taking anywhere from 14 to 18 months from start to Oath. My priority date was July 14, 2004, and I just had my interview last Tuesday (i.e. August 30, 2005). I did not receive my oath letter at the interview, but was told that if they have space during the September 15th Oath I would receive my Oath letter for then, otherwise I would get my oath letter for the next oath ceremony. The interviewing officer did say that they try to have an oath ceremony every month. Good luck with your process.
