I used this forum years ago when we applied for, and won the DV lottery. It was the best source around!
We're finally getting around to applying for Citizenship and I had a couple of questions around employment.
My husband works in the entertainment industry, where instead of being employed by the various studios, they run all their employment through a central agency. I know to list the Agency as the employer (same as our taxes), however, do I list this as one long continueous employment run, or do I need to break this up per engagement? He's been working at various studios over the last 5 years, with little gaps between, but it's basically been the one employer.
And what about freelance/1099 income situation? If they overlap with full time employment do I need to list this out too?
