Hello I need help from seniors on few topics in N-400 form. I am helping my mother to file it.

1. Part 5. Information about your residence

Question is Do I need to list all addresses in which she traveled outside of US for 2-3 months over the last 5 year period? She maintained a home in US over the whole 5 year period. So what should I put here?

2. Part 12 question 1

Have you ever claimed to be a US citizen?
Does it mean any previous application for naturalization or any fraudulent claim to be US citizen? She applied for naturalization once before, so I guess the answer will be NO.

Can you help me please?
 
1. Holidays are not residence
2. Have you ever claimed to be a citizen is surely clear, it means passing yourself off as a citizen when you’re not
