My story again

I haven't posted in awhile. But I recently received a copy of my Alien file through FOIPA and it held a few surprises.

For background....I applied, I sued, I was denied, I was naturalized.

My official denial was dated February 8, 2006. But looking in my file, it appears the decision to deny was made in October 2005. So I don't understand the multitude of letters and even a voicemail from the district director from October to December stating that everything was fine, just waiting for NC.

Secondly, documents that I supposedly did not submit are in the file. I was denied for not submitting them. Surprisingly, they're in the file! I wonder how they got there if I never submitted them? I'll let USCIS figure that one out. Hopefully, they're up for that task.

No docs pertaining to my lawsuit. Probably one of the 9 pages they withheld under "security/privacy" exemptions.
