I actually have stayed in US for 5 months to accompany my son who Just started his middle school. My son Is 12-yr-old, and he was born in US. I Just got a job offer and will go to pearson airport for my TN VISA. How should I answer if the border officer ask will my son go with me? Because there are 6 years before my son go to college, should I tell the officer that I will need a renewal then I can come back to Canada? Thank you all for your help.

It will not be an issue. Otherwise you would not have been allowed into US to accompany him to school. You can stay on TN indefinitely, it just has to be approved every three years (or each time you get a new job). Don't worry about the future; focus on this TN. Many TNers have US citizen children.
