I am inviting my parents to USA to visit me. It will be their first time to visit me. But unfortunately their VISAs were refused by the consulate in China. The visa officer told them because I have not gone back China for almost six years and it is not right from the law (?!) so he can not issue visa to my parents. My parents told the officer that I was busy in work hence I could not take long vacation back to China. But the officer said he did not believe it. He even did not read the letter I wrote to him.
By the way, I am a H1B visa holder.
