My 485 approved today.

RD oct 17 2001,
RFe responded on jan 23 2003.(no typo)

status enquiry 5 months back.

faxed a letter again asking for expedite my case 3 weeks back

got a response back from VSC saying that because of lack of man power case is pending.


today it is approved.

Can you please post the VSC fax number? I have initiated case status inquiries in the past, but feel that a fax might finally alert them to my case.

My case and my wife's case has the same RD as yours.
I got my case approved on Apr 09 2003
And her is still pending.
No RFE no nothing.

Can you please post details about the fax you sent.

Thanks guys. i will give the fax number tomorrow. I mentaioned all my details in my cover letter and that is addressed to IIO VSC
May be after that they opened my file and approved.

i faxed the letter and 485 recipts that is all.


Both my wife and mine are approved.
