Okay my buddy asked me a queston the other day in which I couldn't answer for him but he is an American, he wants to go to Canada to visit and he only has a "State ID" card and Drivers Licence, can he go to and back from Canada?
He also wanted to know, When you cross the border going into the U.S. and when your at the border do the Custom Officer look up your name (to see if your documentation is real) or licence plate.
I really didn't know what to tell him, nor give him the wrong answer.
