My Employer has formed a new company .

Hello ,

My Green card applications were filed from company "ABC" all along . Now when I am waiting for Approval Date( I have already got FP done) , my employer ( incharge of one of the "ABC" \'s branch ) told me over the phone that he is breaking up with the bigger group and forming a new company "XYZ". He told me it is just a change in name of the company , address is same as before. He told me that it will not affect the green card process. But, is it really true ?? Or am I in some trouble ??

As long as the tax Id remains same

As long as the tac id of the company remains same its treated as one entity. al letter from the employer will do for any RFE. but since your case is due for approval any time lets hope for the best.
