Would you mind sharing when did you send RFE to NSC? When did they acknowedge the receipt of RFE? Did AVM update about RFE?

The INS sent me a RFE for my birth certificate on 05/22/01. With my lawyer\'s help I sent them a notary letter written by my father on 06/8/01 ( my parents are US citizen). No any update in the AVM until I heard the approval message on 06/20/01.
