I have totally different question then what are being discussed here so please excuse me if it is in wrong category.
I am working for Company A from last 1 year on H-1B full time and have visa stamp on my passport. I have offer from one more company B to join part time (i.e. 20 or less hours in a week) on new H1B and work there side by side over the weekends and after regular office hours.
Questions:
1. Is it legal to hold multiple H1Bs and work for multiple companies?
2. What will happen when I go back to my home country? Do I have to get new visa stamp?
3. If visa stamp is not required what kind of issues can be there from INS or IRS?
4. What kind of issues I can face in port of entry with multiple H1Bs?
5. I am about to start Green Card process. Can you foresee any issues in that?
