Hi,
I filed my H1B petition with TSC in October 2002 and I didn't get my H1B approved till now. My L1 is expiring this month end and my current employer is filing H1B Premium now. Will this have any effect on my original petition? The guy who submitted my papers in Oct last year is telling me that the latest petition from my current employer will take precedence and the old petition will be suspended. Is this the case? I'm currently in US. But I know some guys who had multiple H1B approved. Please suggest me what would be the best solution in this case. I would appreciate sincerely if I get a response at the earliest.
