Multiple-entry visitor visa & frequency of visits

My parents have 10 yr multiple entry visitor visas. They are planning to come here next month (they have been here before), & will return to India in November, assuming that the officer at POE will garnt at least 4 mo duration of stay. Can they come back again next June (after a 6 month interval) ?

yes they can in theory. But you have be careful about how much time they stayed last time. In general it should look like they are living in India considerably more than in the US. If they left w/o extension last time and are planning to leave again w/o extension then they shouldn't have a problem. Also, when they come in in June next year, if the officer asks how long they wish to stay...ask for less time like 2 months.
