Multiple case pending from Jul 28, 2016

My wife's n-400 application is stuck in background check. I checked total 900 cases before and after her case number and found something interesting. Only the following cases are pending:

xxxxxxx - Biometric appointment was scheduled - Jul 28, 2016
IOE901112794 - Biometric appointment was scheduled - Jul 28, 2016 (My wife)
xxxxxxxxx - Biometric appointment was scheduled - Jul 28, 2016
xxxxcccc - Biometric appointment was scheduled - Jul 29, 2016
xxxxxxxx - Biometric appointment was scheduled - Jul 28, 2016
xxxxxxxxx - Biometric appointment was scheduled - Jul 28, 2016

I took info pass, called state senator, submitted e-request. Now waiting for ombudsman office to complete their investigation. Can anyone help me understand what the hell happened in this date?

What do we do now?

It's okay if you don't mind displaying part of your personal information in a public. You however shouldn't be displaying those of others, unless you have their permission, which I doubt you do in this case. So I've edited your post and x'ed out all those IOE numbers you displayed with the exception of yours.
