MS+4 or MS+3?

I got my MS after I work for former company using CPT for 8 months, then I work there for another 3 yrs and 7 months and left.
when my current company apply gc for me, could we use this as ms +3 or ms+4, ?

we have put ms +4 on the doc, but the lawyer are still reviewing it, i am worrying they are going to submit the job order soon...

please help...

You'll be fine with MS+4 as you can include experience after your BS. But it'll have high prevailing wage. Your are EB2 since you say MS in req, the experience won't affect the EB category then (the level will be high), so it's better to go by Job requirements (and the job title too) in such case and what your company is willing to pay you.

Sometimes, it's also better not to tailor the requirements 100% to your experiences, they may become suspicious if it's not really a job requirement.
