Moving while I-751 is pending

We submitted our I-751 in January, but as usual for Vermont the case is still pending. We plan on moving in the end of September, and based on my calculations the I-751 should hopefully be approved in the middle of September. We will only be moving 2 miles away and in the same zip code.

Questions:
1. If the AR-11 is submitted on paper or electronically and the case is still pending do we need to contact Customer Service directly and inform them of the address change for the I-751 case, or is the information linked by A#?

2. If after we move stuff is still mailed to the old address, would it be forwarded by the post office if a mail forward request is in place or would it be returned to sender?

On a side note, I know as a sponsor for my wife, I will need to file I-865 (Change of Address for Sponsor) with the Vermont Service Center. Can this form be filled online? If I need to submit a paper copy by mail, does USCIS send me notification it has been received and the file has been updated?
