My boyfriend wants to move to Canada to be with me, but we're both really confused. We've been together almost a year and he wants to be here as soon as possible. He lives in Virginia, and I live in Canada. I've looked at the CIC website numerous times, but it just confuses me more. We have no idea where to start, what kind of visa he would need or anything like that. Can he move here and then find a job? Or does he have to have a job offer first?
