I got my GC EAD with my current employer (PD: march 2014) filed in EB3. My previous employer who did file my I 140 in EB-2 revoked after me moving out of the company ( after 180 days of I 140 approval). Now can I go back to my previous employer since dates are current. If yes, will my previous employer have to start from PERM processing or can he re-instate my old I 140 and file I 485 concurrently as my dates are current in EB 2?
