Mistake on PERM, urgent help please

Hi,

My lawyer made a mistake when he filed my PERM on last Friday. The online ad is 182 days. My company didn't get sponsorship email, so the case will be denied. Can he file another one today or he has to wait for the denial letter to refile? Will refile trigger an audit? Many thanks for the help.

Hi,
If your lawyer precisely knows that it is the only mistake he has made, then he can immediately withdraw the PERM application and refile it after fixing the dates. Note that withdrawal has to be done BEFORE status changes to "Denied". So, do it ASAP.
