Misspelled name in 485/EAD/AP reciept notices...Pls advice

Recently I received reciept notices for 485/EAD/AP for myself and for my wife. My wife name is misspelled and I like to know how to correct it.
The ND is Dec 5th and the service center is Vermont.

Pls advice...

Pls advise how to correct the misspelled name...do we need to call the service center or write a letter or both.
 
Simply Call IIO and tell her the correct name

I had the same issue when I received my APs. My address has been changed from Arlington, MA to Arlington, VA.
I called, and was told that they have the correct Alrington MA in their computer.
Your case maybe a typo when printing just as mine.
 
call INS to correct it

I got exactly same name misspell issue. My lawyer found that right after received the receipt and called INS for the error. I was told by the lawyer that INS would not send a new corrected receipt; the correction will appear on the final approval notice.
