In the SENATE bill S1932. There are 2 sections not to be confused with each other.
SEC. 8001. RECAPTURE OF UNUSED VISA NUMBERS. (http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/F?c109:2:./temp/~c1096b8NHi:e1052520:)
This Deals with Green Cards ONLY.
SEC. 8002. FEES WITH RESPECT TO IMMIGRATION SERVICES FOR INTRACOMPANY TRANSFEREES. (http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/F?c109:2:./temp/~c1096b8NHi:e1058408:)
This deals with H1/L1 etc
Please mention Section 8001 of the S1932 Bill. THIS is the Section that deals with Green Cards ONLY. We want THAT to pass. If we ask for 8001 and 8002 they may well pass 8002 and say we gave u half of what u wanted.
Please mention Section 8001 in ur letters/emails/faxes. This section is THEIR Language. Lets talk in THEIR language.
