Hi, I recently went for visa stamping and was issued a 221(g) due to a dismissed domestic violence case. I’ve now been asked to undergo a mental health evaluation. Is this common for dismissed DV cases? I thought it was usually only for DUI. Would appreciate it if anyone could share their experience.
