I recvd 485 RFE for my case. I saw the online status on 12/3/07 and the lawyers informed me the details today. The RFE states that the envelope wasnt signed and sealed (which is bogus I know because I personally had verified then). So the question is given the I-693 validity of a year, am I expected to redo the tests or not ?
