1. Is it a necessity to complete a medical check as part of I-485 in the case of concurrent filing for Eb-3 downgrade+I-485? From another blogpost (immigrationGirl) it seemed as if it is not required as the i-485 processing is not on priority processing track and will result in medical check being out-dated anyways. So the strategy recommended was to not do it during filing and do it with an rfe
2. As time is of essence for eb3 downgrade, is it an okay strategy to not include derivates (spouse, kids) and include them later (say after 3 months)?
3. When does the interview happen? when the final action date is current OR as part of the processing of I-485 (for Oct 2020 bulletin filing date based applications are allowed for concurrent filing)
