My wife was pregnant at the time of filing I-485. The INS doctor couldn\'t give on shot. Is this going to generate RFE ? People with this experience please share.

I was in the same situation. Medicals were waived for me and
my wife both. Dr. said it "might" generate a query later on. Get the medicals done after delivery.(which will be hopefully before the query).

Anyone in the same situation got approval without RFE.

I was in the same boat when I was applying for I485, Pregnent lady can\'t take any kind of vaccination, but I got the letter from India saying that she had required vaccination before, that was worked out for me..

No haven\'t sent the medicals yet. NO RFE yet. I have not even had my FP yet. Am on EAD ....
Keeping my fingers crossed.

I got approved with out any RFE

We were in the same situation too..We got the waiver from the physician and filed 485. It got approved with out any RFE. (Two of my friends who were in the same situation got their approval with out any RFEs, aswell.)
