How long does it take for completing a medical examination and review? One week, two weeks, ……

I do not have any immunization record, so I guess I will have to get some vaccination done.

Do the doctors have a chart saying if the person is from so and so country then he/she needs certain tests/vaccination to be done?

TIA

Call your Primary Care Physician and see if he can update your immunization records. Usually your physician can administer ur HIV / TB tests along with any MMR shots you may need.
He can give the copy of your tests to the Immigration Physician and they will seal it for you.

The only exam that the Immigration Doctor needs to administer is your physical exam.

To obtain names and telephone numbers of the designated civil surgeons in your area, please call INS' National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. You will be asked to provide your zip code. Please have a pen or pencil ready to write down the list of civil surgeons in your area.

Hope this helps
thanks
