hi all
this query is for a friend. due to problems with I 140 my friend and her family have to move to canada within a month. duration of work will be about a year. my questions are
1. do they have to go to medical exam if they are going from US?
2. if there is no exam do they still have to specify on the application that they have a child with special needs. to clarify....this child has very high functioning autism, is in best of health, only help he requires is in school casue he needs 1:1 instructions sometimes
3. if they specify will it result in delay/ denial of work permit? they absolutely don't have time cause all this has happened really fast
4. if they don't specify its not good either is it?
