I just checked online status for my wife and myself, and got a happy suprise from INS "this case has been approved".

EB3 PD 6/98
485 RD 05/11/2001 SRC-01-230-xxxxx
ND 07/30/2001
FP 02/11/03
RFE for my wife 01/10/04
RFE rcvd 01/30/04
Approvals for both 02/06/04.


The long journey is over. I hope all of the 2001 filer's see their approvals soon. This board has been great source of information.

RFE was issued for my wife's medical, and before the approval msg, the online msg was "we have rcvd your FP's, it is taking 999 days".
