Laid off 6 months later and moved to virgina. filed AR-11, didn't file AC-21.
FP: June 2003
2APs and 3 EADs
AD: July 1st 2004

my long long journey:

2000 - file for labor
2001 - company laidoff 300+ employees, labor dept disapproved my labor due to the fact that my company was laying off ppls. but luckily, i could reuse an approved labor cert. of a laidoff employee.
2001 - file for i140
2002 - i140 approved after 8 months and filed for i485
6 months later, laid off and moved to virginia
2003 - finger print
2004 - approved
