Marriage date and citizenship

Hi beloved members,
I have a question pertaining the above. Supposed we got married customarily like in 2010 but there was no documentation to proof it but we formalized in 2015 with a marriage certificate. Which dates am I supposed to use when applying for the citizenship? Is it the customary or the latter one?

The GC came automatically. Unless you mean the DS 260.

Yes of course, the DS260 which is what you used in applying for the immigrant visa used in issuing your GC upon approval.

You don’t remember the date you used and you don’t have a copy of your DS260 saved with you? Try logging into CEAC (assuming you remember your login credentials) - a long short attempt at seeing if the DS260 is still available.
