Lots of points and counterpoints. However, I wish someone will do a follow-up of the cases in question 2 years after naturalization is granted. It will be interesting to see if 100%, 50% or 0% of these couples remain married.

My point is that given that these cases are in dispute and have vociferous claims from each side, a statistical analysis 2 years later will show whether CIS has good reason or not ... after all someone married for 13-15 years is suddenly not going to divorce just because they naturalized ;-)
