Marital Status change after obtaining confirmation

Hello to all,

I'm applying for 2018 DV visa and I would like to know if I will be selected can I change my marital status before receiving the Green Card? I'm planing to marry next year in November after receiving results of the lottery. Both me and my partner will apply separately, but if one of us wins and in the meantime we get married, will the other one receive the green card too, or the application of the winner will be revoked.

If one of you gets selected, you'll add the other person as a spouse and the spouse becomes a derivative.
