LUD on I-140 one year after 140 approval ??!!!
Hi,
My I-140 was approved in July 05.I have been with the same employer who sponsored my GC. Recently, in August 06 (a year after approval), I saw an LUD on my 140 with no message change. There were LUDs on my pending 485 too.
What could this be. Anyone else had something similar ? I would like to avoid asking my employer if her revoked my 140 (I wonder why he would do that while i am still employed with him).
Please share your thoughts.
