i strongly believe that LUD means your case is being actively looked at for possible approval in September to use up all the available visas for the fiscal year and not waste them...

I had LUD on 9/5 & 9/6. It is due to RFE received ..but nothing happen after that...still waiting..

I got LUD on 9/3, 9/4 and 9/5 too. But silent after that. After Oct visa bulletin release, No hopes for now.

About 66,000 visas were alotted and I don't think they have approved more than 3/4 of it yet....

Only 12 working days - (3 Fridays+2 Mondays) = we have left with only 7 USCIS officer working days

Unfortunately, thats what it looks like. I am still hoping againts all odds, there are few more days to go before OCT.

Folks do not worry, already we were approved

It is a matter of time before we see the mails and updates, it is taking 2-3 weeks after the final LUD.

So be positive and patient

My case pretty similar to yours. Seen updates on the USCIS site yesterday and today (9/12 and 9/13).
