LUD for I-485, PD becomes current on July 1st.

Friends,

I saw a LUD on our I-485 (Spouse and self) with NO message change. I wonder what is cooking? Our PD is becoming current on July 1st, 2007. Did any of you see the same please reply..

how did you know about name checks. Did you talk to any of the IOs recently.

We moved our house in January and I had notified the address change online and by mail. But still our 'Case transferred to Texas' notices were mailed to the old address and were forwarded to us. I made an appointment to the USCIS office in San Jose, CA and met with a Immigration officer, she checked the name check/security status and said it was cleared for self and spouse.
