LUD after 485 RFE

Dear all,

What is the time frame these days for Nebraska to look at the rfe and thus an LUD. Mine was received yesterday and I am nervous.

Anyone with recent experience.

What is the RFE about? It depends on the type and nature of RFE. Normally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for DOB and Medical related RFEs. If it is regarding the status, it is unknown.

Please post the details of RFE as soon as you receive it.

Yes its about DOB orginal certificate for the whole family, and then my work permit as I moved from H1 to F2 and then back to HI, my EB1 was filed while on F2, but for my 140 RFE we showed letter from my employer

Not a big deal. Your case will be approved in less than four weeks (I guess). Take it easy.

I would recommend to take infopass in next couple days… just be sure name check is clear… anyway, wish you good luck and fast approval !
 
Got a LUD on the case 09/12/07 after the RFE was received 09/11/07. However, there was no LUD when they sent the RFE
