my degree scroll is missing, and my university does not offer replacement service. But they can issue transcript. I am wondering whether i can use my transcript at US borders to get TN. Thanks.
A transcript with the CLEAR declaration that your degree was conferred could be acceptable. An embossed official copy would be best but you could try without that.
