Too optimistic?

It seems to me some People are very optimistic once they see few approvals or too pessimistic if they don't see any approvals for couple of days.

My best guess is October approvals may start from Nov.2002,if they are able to start before then it's great too..

It is possible that the approvals should trickle from Mid OCTOBER

I spoke to IIO on October 13th (My RD is 10/11/01). I was told that my case would be picked up around October 14th.

September is peaking: Now to end of this month

October will begin: mid-End of Oct

Nov will begin: End of Nov to early Dec
